Guests also have access to a communal lounge with a well-equipped kitchenette, a conference room for around 50 people, and a spacious garden with a children’s playground, football and volleyball field, and a stone gazebo with a fireplace and covered seating area. Just a few steps from the guesthouse is our ski resort Ski Oravská Polhora (skioravskapolhora.sk), which offers perfectly groomed ski slopes, night skiing, equipment rental, service, buffet, and a children’s ski school during the winter season. The surroundings also offer ideal conditions for cross-country skiing and ski mountaineering. In summer, the area becomes a paradise for hikers and cyclists — from family walks and climbs to Babia hora, to endless cycling trails (including e-bike rentals), and trips to the Orava lake, Rio de Klin, or the historic Orava Castle. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find a healing salt water inhalatorium from a local spring, a pumptrack, and the nearby cold-water swimming centre Sekulka.
